❖ Ivy Nail & Spa is dedicated to providing professional and exceptional services to ensure your satisfaction. While we strive to meet the expectations of every client, we understand that satisfaction cannot be guaranteed for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

❖ To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you use your inside voices. Parents with small children, please be mindful of others by ensuring your children are well-behaved during your visit.

❖ Appointments
Arriving late to an appointment without prior notice may result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment and/or a charge for the nail technician requested. After three no-shows, we regret that we will no longer be able to schedule future appointments. Walk-ins are always welcome.

❖ Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash will be given for any unused balances. Ivy Nail & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or any unauthorized card use. A 10% reactivation fee will apply to any gift card unused for more than one year from the purchase date.
